Ive loved Showbie since I began using it. It is so easy to upload PDFs, ePubs, and web links(great for 1st graders-when you have a game or video you want them each to play or see). Im finding new ways to incorporate Showbie in my classroom; it is super versatile! Latest idea is using it with manipulatives to provide a learning center game... I love my Showbie! Give it a try!!!!

I am going on my second year of using Showbie in the classroom. I could not have asked for a better solution to my paper mess. Now I am able to grade papers without grading papers. The kids catch on quickly and everything works so smoothly. There are lots of updates, and right now were about 2 updates behind with our 1:1, but well get there. It seems like every time I think of some way to improve this, the team already has it taken care of. Looking forward to even bigger and better things!

Great features and easy to use. What I love best is how responsive the Showbie team is to help requests and how they are always improving their product. The new gradebook feature is really handy, and the improved annotation tools much appreciated.

Im a high school physics teacher and just collected, graded and returned a set of homework assignments, before the class period they were due! Now I know exactly where my kids stand and can lead meaningful discussions about their assignments. I used this all last year, but the new grading upgrades make using this app truly stand out. Students also find it really easy to use and they cant "lose" their assignments.

New to Showbie, I find the app to be extremely helpful in the way paperless assignments are managed. Im able to communicate with my students and offer extra assistance with ease. This is an excellent tool for teachers, which I hope will include more upgrades in the future to further connect the classroom to the 21st century.

Showbie is a fantastic paperless solution, as they say, but it is also a great lightweight LMS (Learning Management System). If you’ve ever tried to submit an assignment from an iPad to Moodle you know how frustrating the process is. For those that aren’t aware, it’s like 10 steps! Showbie bypasses all of that by using the iPad’s built-in sharing system. Almost any App can share to it - iMovie, Pages, Notability, you name it! Kids and easily submit any kind of assignment directly to Showbie.

Showbie is really easy to use and a great tool for keeping assignments organised and providing direct feedback to students. Other apps can offer more bells and whistles, but Showbie is working very well for my needs.

No more papers, no more books! Only teachers happy looks! Grade on the go - even from my phone. Kids can work in multimedia. Great!

This app is terrible. It crashes much too often to let you even be mildly productive, it glitches, and it is overall very unhelpful.

I am really enjoying using this app in my classroom. It would be awesome if the app would allow me as an instructor to add a few directions…just thinking about reminding students to attach a rubric or post a url to allow me to evaluation a coding project. Thanks!

I love this paperless classroom. The way it can organize a “stack” of assignments helps, and the fact that everything is time stamped is a plus. I love how I can now add narrative comments on a desktop instead of just an iPad. I also truly think that the tech staff is really attentive to our needs. Keep it up. I think I’d love it more if it allowed students to create more text boxes on a document instead of just using comments or handwriting.

Showbie is a fabulous way to eliminate handling stacks of papers and is such an efficient time-saver for me! Plus, students get immediate feedback, and no more graded papers trashed or lost by students. I can add quizzes/tests easily for students to open in Showbie and use the pencil or text option to complete. As a 20-year classroom veteran, I insist this is a must-have for iPad classrooms!!

I use Showbie for my 7/8 Math class; two sections of 7th grade, two sections of 8th. It’s very easy for my students to use, it saves me so much time with grading, and it allows me to set up other smaller classes to support my challenged kids and my accelerated kids. It fires up easily in class, and works great on both their iPad and my laptop. It’s really made a big difference in my workflow.

This app is awesome! Ive been looking for a way to allow my students to submit short videos or pictures of diagrams they create to share with the rest of the class through my own computer and this is the perfect tool! It even has features I didnt know I wanted like responding to individual student comments or posting to the whole group. This app is the key to making the most of my 1-to-1 iPad classroom!

I use this app for all projects, assignments, hws and tests. It is wonderful an has gotten better every year with their various updates. I grade tests, listen to reading assignments and assign work all on my phone. Get the pro edition, its worth every penny.
