To much money and not worth it

Best app for teachers ever. Has cut my workload in half!

Love Showbie for my courses! It has made receiving, assigning and assessing work so much easier. I do however wish more apps/formats were compatible!

#1. Showbie is not blocked in my school. Any software that stores student information outside of Canada is banned from use by legislation. Showbie works. Great web software for assigning and collecting assignments. It even works with with Video submissions. My one suggestion for change would be to include the ability to add an assignment to a class by simply clicking of the gear by the title of the class. If you click New Assignment at the top of the page it defaults to the top class and I repeatedly add assignments to the wrong class. Works great on my Mac and iPad.

This App allows my students to easily hand in their completed work. They simply submit their work to me via showbie from any creation type app, I mark and annotate over it, and then hand it back to them. It fits into any classroom with any device.

This app is a great way to keep teachers and students organized. Students can hand in work in many formats and teachers can easily track assignment completion by student. Evaluation of students work is fast and very easy. Use the pro version Thanks Showbie

This app is horrible. The only good part is it is a way to share work. The idea is good, but the outcome is horrible. It has so much lag and glitches out so much.

Showbie is so easy to use. My students and I have a great time using it. No more papers, no more excuses for homework not done

Hate it

What a great program. This saves me time from photocopying and the new features of grading lets me see student grades at a glance. It is very interactive and engaging. My students love it. I replaced my agenda for my students and with this their parents have access to their homework which makes them more accountable

I was hesitant at first, but after a month of working with Shobie in my classes, I dont know how I managed before. Its made marking and commenting on students assignments a breeze. I upload notes and instructions in a second. I love the fact I can use shobie on my PC. I would recommend it to any teacher!

I’ve been using the Showbie app for a couple of years now. It seamlessly works between my PC computer and the iPads my students use. I LOVE that I can post assignment sheets, instructions and pictures to Showbie and the kids can easily access the documents! You can organize it by subject, which helps keep everything organized too. Kids can submit assignments right back to the class and I can correct it right on the iPad app with a pen, a text box or even voice! How cool is that?!? My grade 6/7 students get very excited when they get to use Showbie! It’s easy to learn, easy to setup and easy to use! This is the one stop shop for setting up your paperless classroom! This app is irreplaceable in my high school classroom. Not only can I push out notes, presentations, videos and web links, but I can collect work from 1000s of apps, and mark them, using the Gradebook feature or even a voice note. Even more impressive is the responsiveness of the Showbie team - want a feature they don’t have, Showbie is on it. Amanda, Eric and the rest of the Showbie team make us all feel like a family of educators. I have presented Showbie to every principal in my school board - it has made that much of a difference to my teaching. Is your administrator worried about the cost of ShowbiePro? It comes down to pennies a child and will save your district tonnes of money on paper, toner and photocopier wear and tear. Does your district support universal design for learning? Showbie has excellent features that enable ALL learners to show what they know! I cannot recommend this app enough!

I love using Showbie. My students like that their work is safe and easily viewed by their parents and teachers. Its very intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommended!

Showbie is fantastic. It streamlines the process of collecting work and makes it easy to grade papers, no matter where you are. It is great for keeping parents in the loop and for tracking students who fail to turn work in or chronically turn it in late. The staff is quick and considerate with their response to questions or concerns and really do work to implement suggestions. Showbie has changed how things work in my class and helped me to be better organized and more on top of my grading. It has been nothing short of amazing.

I am an elementary school teacher in a 1:1 iPad school. I love being able to send students assignments and be able to have them respond a variety of ways through the app. The new feature of grades is making my life even easier!
